Services Offered
Melissa Schemionek offers holistic health coaching services, including fertility mentoring and hormone wellness coaching. These are provided as personal development and educational services, not as medical treatment.
Payment & Refunds
Service fees are communicated directly during the discovery call process. Due to the custom nature of each program, refund policies are discussed and agreed upon individually prior to program commencement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for following program recommendations in good faith, communicating openly about their health status, and consulting their physician regarding any medical concerns that arise during the program.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, the C.L.E.A.R. Method framework, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Melissa Schemionek and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Client stories shared publicly (e.g., testimonials) are shared with explicit written consent and identifying details are protected.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
